Carol Eduard Novak has added two more  brilliant results to his long achievement list, winning two silver medals at the UCI Paracycling Track World Championships in Manchester, which took place between November 6-9, 2009.

Ede Novak has achieved a new Romanian record and a personal best time in the 4 km and 1 km individual race.

For the Tusnad Cycling Team cycler this has been a great season, during this year he had obtained two other medals(one gold and one silver)at the road World Championship in Bogogno(Italy).
