Tusnad and Hotnews.ro  launch Think Outside the Box: a website that aims to encourage a responsible lifestyle based on the readers’ ability to think freely and not accept other limits than the ones imposed by their own conscience.

Think Outside the Box is a project coordinated by Magor Csibi, former Vice President of the European Parliament Comission on Environment, Public Heath and Food Safety.  Together with a group of young and professional journalists he tries to create a new type of media journalism, one that would put all information into context, helping readers to understand better the relationship between their everyday life and nature.

Think Outside the Box is based on the concept of personal social responsibility and the principles of a responsible eco-conscious lifestyle versus a consumerist way of life.
The feed-back of the readers is essential because actually they are invited to breakthrough the limits of their everyday “box” and to change their attitude. Moreover: the readers will have the opportunity to raise awareness of people who have already succeeded to think differently. They will be the main characters of the stories posted on the website.

We have joined this project because we also believe in the importance of personal social responsibility and actively take action in order to promote an environmentally friendly, healthy lifestyle. We consider that each one of us is responsible for the environment he or she lives in and therefore needs to contribute to its protection. We sustain this project because we see in it an opportunity to talk about responsibility, conscience, commitment and the courage to think freely.
